SnapEval® offers a simple and effective Continuous Performance Management solution for small and midsize firms. It aims to improve or replace annual performance reviews.

Some key features of SnapEval include:

 <li>Voice-to-text support to eliminate typing, making it quick to capture evaluations.</li>

 <li>Evaluations include key elements like Value/Skill/Goal/Competency, Achievement Level, and Feedback Details, which align with traditional performance appraisals, making it intuitive for managers and employees.</li>
 <li>Supports all industries and job functions, as employees don't require smartphones, computers, or email to receive feedback.</li>
 <li>Managers can automatically compile shared evaluations into a Modern Performance Appraisal document if desired, providing a comprehensive summary of an employee's performance over a selected period.</li>

In terms of cost, SnapEval offers free access for up to 10 users without any time limitation or trial restrictions. No credit card is required, and product support and account configuration assistance are included.

For HR professionals, SnapEval provides built-in dashboards and reporting that offer visibility into feedback levels and trends across the organization. It also features automatic feedback queuing, allowing HR professionals to review and approve/reject evaluations meeting specified criteria before sharing them with recipients. This helps HR professionals coach feedback creators effectively.

Additionally, SnapEval offers advanced features like 360-degree feedback, feedback from external clients, customers, and partners, as well as team feedback. These features can be enabled incrementally at any time.

Deployment options for SnapEval include stand-alone usage or integration with ADP® platforms like ADP Workforce Now® and RUN Powered by ADP®.

To get started, users can instantly create a free 10-user account without any risk, cost, or obligation from the SnapEval developer website or the ADP Marketplace. They can then download the SnapEval Mobile app and log in. The account comes pre-populated with sample users and data for immediate usage.
